Two trained fitters are required for professional and speedy installation. Depending on the access to the apartment/house, up to four hours are needed. During this time, boxes are carried to the desired room, everything is unpacked, checked and the screws etc. are pre-sorted. This is followed by professional assembly incl. Wall. Other services are available by arrangement.

Professional MURPHY BED assembly

You have the possibility to choose an optional assembly to your order. We offer installation throughout Switzerland.

The date for the assembly will normally be with the delivery. Professionals will deliver and assemble your bed.

Depending on access to the apartment/house, up to five hours may be required. During this time, boxes are carried to the desired room, everything is unpacked, checked and the screws etc. are pre-sorted.

This is followed by professional assembly incl. Wall
Your bed will be set up professionally, safely and cleanly. Of course, when the assembly is finished, the workplace is cleaned up and the packaging materials are disposed of.

If you have chosen assembly, please read the instruction below. Check all conditions that are necessary for a smooth installation, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or damages due to missing data and/or information.

1. One mounting per Murphy bed. If you would like to have several murphy beds assembled, please add one assembly per murphy bed to the shopping cart.

2. There are no water and electricity lines in the wall or at the points where the bed is screwed to the wall.

3. A room height of 235cm is guaranteed for the assembly.

4. The slope of the ground is a maximum of 2cm (1.15%) at 175cm. Applies to all vertical ↑ beds.

5. If there is a skirting board, it may be removed to ensure that the wall bed is correctly attached.

6. There is enough space for assembly

7. The Murphy bed is only attached to a solid wall (no lightweight walls). The wall thickness must be at least 10 cm.

Wardrobe beds

Cabinet beds must be doweled to a solid wall. The beds may only be unfolded in a secured state! For the bed can use a normal mattress, but the height must not exceed 17 cm.

Scope of delivery

In the scope of delivery is the murphy bed and slatted frame. The other items in the picture are only for decoration and presentation! You can purchase the matching mattress here: Smartbett Mattresses

Original packed

The murphy bed is delivered disassembled and originally packed! Self-assembly with assembly instructions. Price does not include decoration and mattress.
